Windhund is one of the oldest and finest squads in the game. You can find this group of hard fighters wherever the map is the hottest, but we are also have a place within the 6th Armee, 3rd Panzer, KG 2.

About Windhund
Windhund has a membership of over 100 players from many different time zones.
The land group, the titular 116th Panzer Division was a notable historical unit in WW2. For squad purposes it is divided into the 1/60th Panzergrenadier Regiment, 1/16th Panzer Regiment, and 116th Aufklärung Battalion.
The air group takes its name from the Luftwaffe's "Windhund" Gruppe, the III/JG 7 which first employed jet aircraft, the ME-262 in combat. For squad purposes it is comprised of a single JABO staffel with schwarms.
Squad History
Formed long ago, in a galaxy far away, by an odd fellow named Der Held.
Other information
Krenn is in this squad, so that's why it's the first one to be created. He just needed something as a test bed.
