The British Expeditionary Force (or B.E.F. for short) refers to the elements of the British Army that were deployed abroad in WWII.

In game the B.E.F. has 3 divisions (2 ground, 1 paratrooper) with 3 brigades, and 2 brigades respectively. Currently the B.E.F. makes up 1/3rd of the Allied ground units. This is often a common topic in the forums with those who believe the B.E.F. should have more units.
